Was hoping to do this outside, but the paths around work were still snow covered. Might have been OK up on the LRT, but didn't want to chance it.
Just set the intervals for 11.0 mph and then after 30 seconds, pumped it 12.0 on all except the last one where I kicked it to 12.2.
Felt fairly smooth, but was definitely feeling the effort of running faster than 5k pace. That which does not kill us pisses us off? ;)
