COMMENTS: Roll out the excuses, but this workout SUCKED!!! Have to run two mile intervals on sloppy, snow covered streets with wind, hills, etc. by yourself in the dark is just not conducive to a fun/productive time. May consider hitting the 9 loop track next week instead.
