effort was good, not too much. Couldn't get on form today, I think that's just cus I'm sore. hard to tell how I was hitting, sometimes pushing with my left leg despite trying to avoid it. Oh well, I went out. Tomorrow is my low distance day anyways. keep this alternation for a month then we might move out distance more.
