Long run of 23 miles between 8:48-9:48 pace is the plan.
Fell into that 8:55-9:05 rut for most of the run, but the final 5 miles were difficult to run slower. It felt more difficult or labored to run slower than the 8:30-8:45 pace. I did manage to slow down on one of them which would have been around 8:38.

Great day to put in the mileage. Ice bath for 5 minutes to follow. Feeling great.
