Nice work out. Love doing the speed thing and warmed up with some good warm-ups and did a good cool down. Very happy with the 6 800s between 3:15-3:20. Hoping to get 10 800s at 3:15 or better soon. No a great indicator of a marathon time finish, but one some people use. 10x800 at 3:15 is supposed to give you a 3hr15min marathon. I'm still close to that and I think with proper training I'll have it in December no problem.
