Nice run in the rain, but with company and better temps, not all bad. Ben Stanton, Shawn Loy and Dave Mitchell are always good. Dave likes to push a little. He battling weight issues right now so I can push him, but he always wants to go faster even on an easy run...see the sub 8 miles as examples. This group always takes a break at the bridge (3 miles) and that's fine. Shawn has run many many marathons and she is currently working toward a marathon in every state with only about 10 to go if I heard her correctly.
