Transition not show and spilled the bike over after not getting my right foot out of the straps. Crazy. Went down FAST. Embarrassed, but other than a sore hip...felt just fine.
Final run was uneventful. 1st female finisher was too far behind and my age division winner was too far ahead, so just took it easy.
