Mile repeats. Not sure when my last mile repeats were, but I was surprised. I thought I was being conservative and then after my first one I was thinking I went too fast, but as I came to the 1st lap of my final mile...it was evident to me I could have gone faster on my first two.

Mile warm-up w/ 2 drill sets.
