Easy run. Felt very strong today. Didn't push it, but seemed to gravitate toward 8:30 pace.
Interesting thing happened this morning...a man in a truck slowed way down and said, "Hey, quit practicing so much!" smiled and went on his way to Harper. Not the first time someone has slowed down to talk to me on the Harper Rd, but definitely a sign of spring.
Headed to Dubuque to see my dad's last performance w/ Julien Chorale. Will run some great hills while I'm there. Another reason for an easier run today.
