Notes
Good warm-up on the first .25 of the course w/ Tanner followed by his drills/warm-up routine. Then a .75 run with chris and Tanner afterwards. Chris is in better shape than I realized. Last time I saw him at a race, he was a spectator and didn't look like he could run. He's a smart and dedicated athlete and a perfectionist. Putting the pieces together, I'm not surprised he's doing so well. No shame today, especially after the 5 mile race two days ago.
