Drills, jogging, some good warm-ups, but I could tell there wasn't that "spring" in my step on the skips. Hot day. Do what you can on a day like today. Stayed in the shade and definitely kept hydrated. A lot of people I knew...Eddie Berg, Kevin Lewis, some HS kids from Sigourney running the 5K and the regulars. Didn't notice anyone in my age division who might give me a run for my money, but some people to take notice of who weren't.
A wrestler from Missouri who is in his 60s and definitely has some marathon experience...he beat me at IHCC St. Patrick's Day run in March. He was going to be one to try and stay with.
