Notes
Felt great today,especially after a long night (little sleep and standing all night). Very humid, but thought I needed to get up and get going before this day got out of control heat wise. This run surprised me in many ways, but near the end I definitely was feeling the effects of the heat and/or tired legs. Started to fade and picked it back up on the final one.
