Q2 - Yasso 800s: Warmup, then 5x 1/2 mile@ I pace with equal recovery, and a quick cooldown
*added a couple of extra miles and a ramp up to MP finish. this workout went better than last week, and it seemed as though I was able to relax more into the interval and kind of flush out the tiredness that was accumulating. at no time was I redlining - time to move on to phase 3 and tempo focus!
