I met Heike at the YMCA and we did upper body machines. We did the normal method of high intensity and low weight with only 30 seconds between reps. We did this core: We did 2 sets of plank for 90 seconds and 30 seconds rest. Then we did 2 sets of crunches with 30 repititions each.
