MI = 76 + 61 = 137. I ran with Melissa again at Conservation Park and did 9 of 1 minute on/off. For the last 2 miles, we did 1 minute on and 1 minute off. We averaged a 7:41 pace for the 9 minutes of on. We saw a snake a few feet before we got to it and it got off the path before we got to it. We also saw a baby snake that was about 8 inches long when we were just standing on the path drinking water. This was the 6 mile version of the yellow trail.
