I met Kevin at the YMCA. I did upper body machines. I did the normal method of high intensity and low weight with only 30 seconds between reps. I did this core workout: 4 x 50 seconds plank and 4 x 30 seconds side plank. So I did 2 reps on my left side and 2 reps on my right side.
