Notes

I met Heike and Kevin at the YMCA. Heike and I did upper body machines. we did the normal method of high intensity and low weight with only 30 seconds between reps. We did this core: 5 x 60 seconds plank with 30 seconds rest and 3 x 35 reps crunches.
