These paces are all over the place so I'm not sure the GPS worked well indoors. The plan was to do 1/4 mile intervals with 1/4 rest intervals in between. It was difficult to keep momentum because of the turns. It was not a good idea to do this workout on this indoor track. Next week, I will do my 1 mile intervals on the treadmill.
