I did a 1 mile warmup, 1/2 mile cooldown and 3 rest intervals of a 1/2 mile all at a 10 minute/mile pace. I did the 4 one mile intervals at a 7:42 pace. It felt fairly controlled and I was not completely dying at the end. I only did 2 runs today because I knew I was taking completely off tomorrow since I have to go to Chattanooga.
