My plan was to do (8) .25 mile intervals at a 6:30 pace and then do a .25 mile recovery jog between each one. I knew I was not going to accomplish this goal from the very start. The sun was very intense but I'm sure I could not have done the workout in the best conditions. I could not do the pace and I had to cut it 1 interval short. Melissa did the first 3 intervals with me but she could not do anymore so she just ran easy after that.
