Heike, Melissa, and I went to Topsail Park. We ran together and Heike did 3 miles and Melissa did 4 miles then I did the rest by myself. It sun was already toasty and the sun tan lotion kept running in my eyes and burning them. We did make some nice pictures. I will upload the mile splits when my GPS watch stops misbehaving. I had planned to lift weights this afternoon but just did not feel like it after the Parasailing. My stomach got a bit messed up with the waves.
