Notes

My legs have been tired so I decided to cross train today. I did 70 lengths of the lap pool. I did 2 lengths free style, then 2 lengths side stroke, then 2 lengths back stroke and alternated this pattern until done. While I swam, Heike and Kevin did a cardio class.
