Notes

I did 72 lengths of the lap pool. I did the whole swim doing free style. I did try different breathing techiniques. Normally I do 3 reps and beath every other side. Today, I tried 4 reps and breath from the same time every time. I think I may like that better. It seems like I can get in a better rythem.
