Notes
This was kind of random run but oh we'll. We had about a 3 hour wait for the fireworks so I decided to do an easy run downtown. I did not have running stuff (watch or clothes) so I just took my shirt off and ran in my jeans shorts. It felt good and I would have went longer but I did not want to get too nasty.
