Heike, Kevin, Melissa, and myself all went to Tunnel Hill. My watch went into a tailspin when we got there and I could not get it to turn on so I left it in the car and ran by time. So I guessed that my pace was about a 8:30. for the first 8 miles, I ran back and forth so I could stay in the area of Melissa as she ran her 8 miles.
