1 minute run/1 minute walk. Was staying in Decatur, AL for Jesse Owens. We went to a park and had trouble finding the greenway in the dark but finally found it I ended up running about 30 minutes without walking in the center of this run. I had planned on running 2 hours but my legs felt dead.
