Notes

This is the same workout I did last Thursday. I did 6 x 1/2 mile intervals at 6:40 with a 1/4 mile jog interval at 9:13. The big difference today was that I was not dying at the end and I could have probably done a couple of more if I had gritted down. This gives me more confidence for the upcoming 5K.
