I really didn't mean for the pace to be this fast but the weather felt great and my legs felt good. I did a new route today since I knew I was running longer. I ran to the greenway which is about 2.5 miles from work. I turned around about 3/4 of a mile from Percy Priest dam. I'm really surprised at how I have had no aches (hip pointer, Achilles, etc.) recently. Maybe I'm getting down to a manageable weight where my body can survive a little faster running.
