Notes

My Achilles were sore from the past couple of workouts so I decided to cross train today. I did 52 lengths of the lap pool. The workout went fine but afterwards I got very dizzy. I felt like I was going to pass out so I laid down beside the pool which was awkward. I did 2 lengths free style, then 2 lengths side stroke, then 2 lengths back stroke and alternated this pattern until done.
