MI = 48 + 46 = 94. I decided to do a shorter long run this week (around 1.5 hours) since I have the Detroit Half Marathon next weekend. I wanted to do the last 3 or 4 miles at half marathon pace. I went out a little faster than I planned on the early miles probably because I was cold and wanted to warm up. I felt fairly relaxed throughout other than the larger hills on Lee Road.
