On my way home from Chattanooga, I picked Melissa up from track at CMS. I decided to do this workout of 6 x 1/2 mile intervals. I averaged 6:56 on the 6 intervals and I did a 1/2 mile recovery jog between each interval. I felt decent but I really thought I would do these faster than what I did because it was only a half a mile and I did a longer recovery but it felt very forced when I tried to go faster.
