Melissa has ear surgery so I left from Vanderbilt Children's hospital and went over to Centennial Park and did a loop then went downtown by Bridgestone Arena. I basically went down random roads. The weather was great. I had a good run and felt good. I wanted to get in more miles because I'm only running 3 days in a row this week since I will take off Friday. I want to be fresh for Saturday because I want to get in a good long run since I did not get in a long run last Saturday.
