Notes
I got up early before Kevin's LBL 23K race and ran from mom and dads house to Grand Rivers. I turned around at the Scenic Drive and ran back to the Lighthouse Landing. I ran in the dark and on the main highways. It was not too bad on the main highways because there was not much traffic that early. I never looked at my watch at the pace so I thought I had actually thought the pace would have been a little faster. I think it seems like you are running faster when it is dark. Anyways, this was a really good run and I was not even getting tired toward the end which I usually do on long runs.
