I did 6 x 30 second pickups in the middle of this run. This is the last run before Tom King Half Marathon. I have mixed feelings going into this half marathon. The last 3 to 4 weeks training has not been so good. I went a 12 day period where I only ran 6 days because of hip pain. Lately, I have not felt fluid on the majority of my runs. I still have confidence that I can get a PR and break 1:40 but I no longer think my stretch goal is within reason. If I can PR, I will still be happy even though I feel like I could have gotten a 2 minute PR if TK had been on the Cedars of Lebanon race day.
