I did this cycling class with Heike for the first time. I really enjoyed this class but it was very tough and I need to pace myself better next time. I tried to keep most of the semi hard stuff at 90 RPM and the sprints around 120 RPM. As for levels, I started at about 25 and worked up to 50. I had a puddle of sweat under me after the class was over with.
