Premeet. Ran easy with Cahill. Ran down Babylon to Limekiln to Kohler Soccer fields. Cut through to Horsham (as if we were finishing a Golf Course run) and just took Horsham Road back to the school. Did 4 striders on the track.

Pretty easy pace, feeling good about tomorrow. The bottom of my foot hurts a bit to push off of (a little sore from the rocks at Salesianum maybe) but I should be fine.
