Nice easy run, No pain at all, stuck to my plan of only 2m. Stayed inside for the run, could swap to bike if there was pain. I even ran 1/4m@5% incline and the another 1/4m@ 10% incline still no pain. Then pushed pace last mile kept going 2 pushes faster per .1 and even hit 630 for last 1/10th no pain at all. FIniished with a slow walk total time 30min.
