While everyone else tries to get their runs in nice and early before it gets too hot I purposefully wait until it's good and hot for this weekend's long run. Running in this shit makes you strong. Filled handheld a few times at water fountains. Totally soaked from sweat. Shoes must have doubled in weight
Purpose: Maintain long run endurance continued heat acclimation.
Legs: 2/10 Noticeable inflammation but noting worse. Used tape and roller.
