Fast run out 10:24 but nearly come to a stop at turn as legs just seemed to stopped working (probably due to Monday) now going into breeze (not really strong enough to be a wind) took some time to get going again but got to 2mile point before 7:20 bleeps on watch kept this going to finish beating bleeps again.
(Couldn't get to the bike today too much rubbish in garage)
