Notes

Lower resistance today. Had a substitute PT that was actually an XC runner for Perth Amboy. Was nice to be able to talk shop while training. At this point my knee is basically 100 percent. Think I'm going to keep going to PT until R2C though to keep my hips, quads and IT band in check.
