Notes

Last PT session before the race. Took it easy. Have to run on Friday with the team. But plan is to have them do 2 out easy and a hard 2 back on the towpath.

Going to pace them for the first 1.5 easy and have my assistant pace them the extra half mile. That way I get an easy three in and get back in time to take their splits.
