Not much in the way of a warm up. Warm up mile was 7:15 but was quicker than that because first half was slow. Ran over 59th street bridge, down to vernon, then over bridge down franklin/kent. with having to deal with traffic more than i normally do in a tempo, this was pretty good. plus my leg felt as good as it has in awhile. this did not feel as easy as it has in the past pre-injury, but all is good I hope.
