Felt pretty good today. Did the workout in Louisiana Park. Took some chalk and mapped out a straight stretch of 400m. Ran an interval and jogged back. Mostly flat, maybe a very slight decline at start and a slight incline at the end. Might have been just over 400m, too (the recovery's were definitely over 400m, probably more like 410-415m). Fun to compare what I did today vs early March in the cold at McCarren Park's track. In some cases these intervals were 10 seconds faster than then. Fun to see that.
