Up to 7.6 after 2 mi, then 0,0.5,1% for 3 mi, 1.5% for 0.75 mi (a bit beyond jog-easy), 0.25 cool. Legs almost normal but not yet hungry for tempos. Felt much warmer here than my usual gym which could be useful for a bit of early heat acclimatization. Added on some leg press with low weights.
