A rare evening run, probably the first LSD in darkness. Quite serene, if a little spooky at times with no light, and perhaps caused me to run more slowly which was fine with me. I had had a light simple lunch earlier which probably helped and was fine until 17K at which point I started to learn some things about my digestive system. 3:02:35 includes 5:18 stopped and 14:45 walking.
