OK jog. Decent weather. Much easier physically and mentally than yesterday's workouts. Quite a bit of unsanded ice on paths other than Canal, but not a huge problem at this pace. Sat+Sun run total beats previous max by 2.6 km.
Time includes 1:01 stopped and 15:57 walking (based on cadence data). Typical run pace around 5:30/km then 5:45/km. 800mL of corn juice and 2 half sandwiches at 13 and 23k iirc.
