first interval was a bit off pace, the next 4 were at or faster than my "A" goal of 4:13 per 1200. checking back not sure how i set these goals, as that pace would reflect a goal of sub 2:50 for the marathon. with a goal of 2:55 i could have laid off and done these about 4:20 pace (dude), and or for sub 3 gone wtih 4:28.
no wonder these felt closer to max than they should have!!
at least they went well, i think after 4 times through the Pfitz 18-70 this is the first time i've made it through this workout unscathed.
i plan on sleepwalking the 14 miler tomorrow.
