Still pretty tender this morning. Very frustrating. It is extra frustrating because it was a 'non-exercise' injury. I will continue to sheetrock at night, but I may have to hold off on running for a short time. I'll throw an ACE bandage around today for a little extra support and try to nurse it back to 100% asap...I want to run!!

Ughh. Sorry dude. Sucks getting an injury when you are motivated to run. Hope it heels quickly, but don't rush into running. If it hurts when you run, it's definitely better to give it more time.
