Started off bad. Ate McDonalds tonight. I'm banned from fast food! First interval felt really sluggish. But after I ran the second interval, my old form was back. Still running the first 400 too fast and then slowing down a lot in the second (on purpose so that I'm not killing myself). Still feel like these are pretty easy. I have to keep running with the AARC to have people push me to keep a steady pace
