Tempo Medium-Long. Did not have breakfast. The first 3 miles are tough due to low blood sugar level. (and my left stomach is somehow uncomfortable) After 5 miles things are getting better. 155 bpm is the HR I can run comfortably, 160 is probably the threshold. Beyond that I can crash after few miles...
For SRM, go with 7:35 (max bpm 160) for the first 13 miles, and see wether I can push after that.
